This site is a static catalog. It has no user accounts, no checkout of its own, no analytics scripts and no advertising pixels. Browsing it sends us essentially nothing about you.
Purchasing happens on an authorized retail partner’s platform. From the moment that page opens, the partner’s own privacy policy governs: they handle your payment details, delivery address and order history. We never see your payment information, and the partner does not send us your identity — at most we see aggregated sales figures.
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold — which in practice means your email correspondence. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days. Since we hold so little, these requests tend to be short conversations.
This site sells bathroom hardware and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 13. The products themselves are family products — the data practices are the adult part.
If our practices change — for instance, if we ever add analytics — this page will say so before the change takes effect, with the revision date below.
