Returns run through the retail partner that fulfilled your order, under their standard policy — typically 30 days from delivery for items in resalable condition, with refunds issued to the original payment method a few days after the warehouse scans the return in. Holiday orders usually get an extended window; the partner’s order page always shows the exact date for your purchase.
One honest warning we owe every buyer: decide whether you are keeping a wall organizer before the adhesive strip goes on the wall. The strip is single-use — once pressed on and cured (2 hours on the original line, up to 24 on the compact line), it will not survive removal in resalable condition. Unbox the set, hold it against the wall, check the fit against your mirror and outlets, count the brush slots — and only then peel the liner. A set that was never stuck on is a five-minute return; a set that was mounted for a week is a conversation.
UV covers and sanitizing stations touch toothbrushes, so partners treat them like any personal-care electronics: unopened units return freely, opened units are accepted at the partner’s discretion when the product itself is unused. If a UV unit misbehaves — will not charge, light will not cycle — that is a defect claim rather than a change-of-mind return, and defect claims do not depend on the packaging being pristine.
Wrong finish or wrong cup count? The fastest route is a plain return of the original and a fresh order for the right one — partner systems process the two in parallel, so the replacement usually arrives before the refund lands. There is no penalty for doing it this way; it is what the partners themselves recommend.
Photograph the damage and the outer box before anything else — partners approve almost every claim that includes both photos, usually without asking for the item back. Then report it through the order page within 48 hours if you can. Cracked cups, bent mounting plates and dead batteries on arrival all qualify for free replacement.
